What is the COLABS
Creative Collective?
The CCC is an initiative by COLABS to foster and promote local art and artists. We believe that art belongs in the everyday and that every day should belong to art.
We provide a space where artists can create, experiment, and grow. On the agenda: exhibitions, artist residencies, pop-ups, workshops, summer internships, a mobile gallery, and more!
Since its launch, the Collective has hosted multiple art events, showcased over 200 works, and celebrated the talent of more than 100 local artists—cementing its role as a platform for creative expression and cultural impact.

Initiatives: CCC AIR (Artist-in-Residence)
The CCC Artist-in-Residence (AIR) program provides artists with dedicated time, space, and resources to develop their practice. Through mentorship, collaboration, and public engagement, residents are encouraged to push creative boundaries and deepen their artistic impact.
Each cycle of the residency supports artists in creating a dynamic body of work, with comprehensive assistance throughout their creative journey. The program culminates in a public exhibition showcasing the pieces developed during the residency.
Renowned artists such as Ali Kazim, Quddus Mirza, and Ayaz Jokhio have contributed to the program as mentors, offering one-on-one guidance and critical insight. Throughout the residency, each resident artist also leads workshops—transitioning from mentee to mentor as they share their skills with a new wave of emerging artists.
